If you oppose to any terms or guidelines herein or any modifications thereafter, or become discontented with Local Student Market in any way, your only alternative is to discontinue the use of our service right away.
ADS CONTENT: You are entirely responsible of all the posting content, photos and the message of your ad transmitted through Local Student Market. We are not selling or buying products or services, we offer no warranties, and all the payment and delivery terms, the quantities, prices, quality, or the condition of the product or service offered are the sole responsibility of the person who initiated the posting. You understand that Local Student Market is in no way liable of incorrect, misleading, inaccurate or defamatory information that may be posted by using our ad service. Under no circumstances is Local Student Market going to be held responsible for any damage or loss resulted from the use of the information made available through this site. Although we monitor the content of the postings for threatening, defamatory and spam ads, you agree to accept all the risks derived from the exposure to the ads made available through our service. However, if spam, threatening or indecent postings are detected, we reserve the right to delete them immediately without any prior warning, and deactivate the user's account. If any disagreements arise between the users of this site, you understand that Local Student Market has no obligation to get involved in any way.
THIRD PARTY SITES: You may be linked to third party websites that do not represent our terms and policies. We are not responsible of the accuracy and authenticity of the information you may find in such sites. You interpret and use the information found in external sites at your own risk. Local Student Market is not liable of any loss or damage resulted from the use of the information, products or services found in these sites.
IDENTITY IMPERSONIFICATION: It is illegal to impersonate someone else by posting an ad in his/her name, using his/her contact information without ones consent. Doing so you are subject to legal prosecution, and any identity damage will be decided in a court of law. Having this in mind, be aware of all the repercussions of your acts.
POSTING LIMITATIONS: By using the service of this site, you agree not to post anything that : is illegal, threatening, defamatory, pornographic or has sexual connotations, violating the equal rights, is racial or discriminatory in any way; advertise anything that is prohibited by law; is false, misleading, inaccurate, deceptive or constitutes "bait and switch"; is copyrighted or has other rights from third parties; has viruses or worms; impersonates another person. Also, you agree not to: harass anybody through Local Student Market; collect personal data; make any attempt to gain unauthorized access to Local Student Market's computer system; send spam, junk mail or unsolicited advertisement.
By violating any of these, you may be called in a legal action and pursued to pay a fine of 5,000 USD.
POSTING FEES: You can post an ad with 1(one) image attached, for 15 days for FREE. Your add is unlisted automatically after 15 days, but you have the possibility to repost again for FREE. However, it is your responsibility to login and repost your ad. If you wish to attach more than 1 (one) image, to be posted in "What's hot" category, or extend your ad beyond 15 days, you will be charged a fee. The fee that we charge for posting an ad is non-refundable. Regardless of the success of your posting (you sold or bought the desired product or service), you are not entitled to a refund. Further more, any accounts that have not been activated for more than 90 days will be automatically deleted.
